In October 2026, the world will mark the 60th anniversary of the Black Panther Party’s Ten-Point Plan. To honor this historic milestone, Black Panther Party Ten-Point Plan: Liberatory Journal will be released in February 2026—a reimagined, practical, and participatory tool designed for our times.
At a moment when civil and human rights are under unprecedented attack—echoing Nikole Hannah-Jones’ reminder that six years of progress can be undone in mere months—this journal offers both a restorative justice practice and a liberatory framework. It reframes the Ten-Point Plan as a living, interactive guide aligned with the Panthers’ vision of survival, self-determination, and community transformation.
